JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for substitute teachers for Åre School during the spring term of 2026.

You may, sometimes at short notice, be offered the opportunity to work with students either in school or during leisure time.

The job involves being in a group of children and to some extent leading already planned activities. If you step in during school hours, there are plans to follow and teachers to ask for support. The same applies in the afternoon at leisure time when you often work in a team that has planned the day's activities.

Before you are employed, you will shadow for a day so that you feel secure with the routines before you get your first job.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who wants and enjoys working with children.

You may have worked in schools/leisure before, but it is not a requirement.

If you have also worked with children with challenges, that is a merit.

We are looking for a team player who can be flexible and solution-oriented.

OTHER
